OWN IT 2024
The OWN IT conference is designed to equip women and non-binary folks with the knowledge and tools to find success in their respective fields. Our conference embodies DWIB’s core values of friendship, diversity, and empowerment by having female leaders encourage the women in our community to pursue their dreams. Speakers will discuss their diverse backgrounds and career choices to provide attendees with a greater understanding of what growth can look like! This year’s keynote speaker is a former Olympian turned entrepreneur, Idara Otu!
